RE: Re: RE: Important Fuel Injection Pump question, please h
or it could be because its 20 some years old and there is a lot of crap in the tank..............
RE: M109 No start, what
yes crack a line and see whats up. also make sure you have enough fuel in that tank. the pick up is not slammed on the bottom of the tank. and make sure the pump is really working you should hear a humm from it.
RE: Re: RE: Important Fuel Injection Pump question, please h
CC is right, sugar, salt, KY jelly wont mix in with the fuel it will just clog up the filter. And take it from a Master ASE tech, if you dont know 100% what your doing with that 6.2 dont mess with it, dont change the fuel, dont mess...
Canada who? rofl I can speak for all Americans that we think the only thing to come from up there is cold weather, labatt blue beer and cheap drugs. So no need for a section for them.

ok here is a idea too... make sure to vac out the intake and the cylinder. do everything you can to make sure there is nothing in there. You know if might have broke off long time ago and is already gone. By the looks of that end it might have been broke for a while. Looks like...

If your going to swap engines and want to get around the exhaust test well I think you just talked your self in to it.
and get your injectors replaced. its under warranty. I had...
well try to swap them out, but if you cant a batteries + may be able to rebuild the post. You can do it too with lots of solder and some tin foil (i have seen it done). If you do get them fixed/replaced make sure to clean the cables and the ends. Thats why they melt down, there not 100% clean...
well really that truck will hold up, but your right you wont be going very fast and really with the low gears and the low power 6.2 your not going to get that great of fuel mileage. You will prob dip in to the 10's for fuel mileage I would guess ( I have owned a couple of CUCV's). really a older...
