well I would not boost the PSI.. tanks.. compressor.. lines might not like that. there is a regulator on the fire wall that activates the compressor. I would hate to see a busted compressor because you upped the operating pressure. and what did you do to your brakes? how did you get rid of the...

well you want to start up to at the masters.... (foot off petal) open the bleeder, push petal to the floor, close the bleeder. no need to "pump" the brakes. you can foam the air thats in the lines by doing that and then your really F'ed. just open the bleeder.. push to floor.. close bleeder. on...

just have to rotate the injection pump a bit. nothing to it really . 3 bolts

here is a pic of the air pack

well one is part of the air pack (brake booster) and one is hooked up to the brake petal. there are bleeders on both. start with the top (one that is hooked to the brake petal) and work your way out from there.

did you bleed the master cylinders, on the air pack and the one that the petal hooks up to? make sure you start from the top down when bleeding the system and not just the wheel cylinders. try that and let us know. if you bleed everything and it still does that it could be a bad master cylinder...

I love my 6.2 in my M1009 and 08. good on fuel, enough power to move it down the high way at break neck speeds, and can make it smoke knowing the valve seals are not shot like a gasser.

hey! I have had my M220 on my car trailer! it will fit! a deuce axle is not much wider then a regular full size pick up. if you have stock dual type rims on it WILL fit.

well the military has some sort of controller box on there 40 foot tri axle trailers. you just hook up the plug and flip a switch.... could get one of the converter boxes.. prob have to buy a trailer to get that part.

I had a M220 on my car trailer rated for 7k pounds! yeah top speed was 25 MPH lol but she held together and a deuce WILL fit in between the fenders of a regular car trailer
