Looks fantastic! I got an idea for those who have towbars, but the stickers are all scratched up. Isn't there someone on the board who does decals or something, professionally? Maybe we can do a group order and get a set of towbar decals made up....
Just an idea....
RE: Re: RE: Columbus Ohio GL
We are Americans. We should be able to buy those M548s, M578s, and M109s.
But I am glad those deuces, 5-tons and trailers will be finding good homes soon!
Very nice! Looks like it's almost brand new! Must be the dry air in the Southwest.
I would never have a purpose for something like that - not enough vehicles yet. Maybe if I open my own Jiffy Lube company for military vehicle owners. Yeah, I'll call it, uh, "Lube, Military, DS and GS...
Good news, folks - the T-shirt design is done! I will start a new thread with all the pertinent information, hopefully that thread will be a final "pre-trip" thread that should cover all the final updates, events going on, and who will be going. Will post that tomorrow morning.
Only 1 month...
Hard work is its own reward. That you're tired only means you got some good work done today.
Great pics, thanks! Can't get more step-by-step than that...
That looks terrible, too far from stock. Take a razor blade in a couple places on the dashboard, spill a couple sodas and let it dry. Gotta make it look issue, or it will never fool anyone. rofl
Just kidding - looks great! Does it play yet? How does it sound?
I second that - that company has helped me out a few times with deuce repairs/upgrades. Lots of good parts, I'm sure they can help you out on that beast.
Almost looks like it used to be a gull-wing shop van in a previous life. I'd put a roll-back or a flat bed on it, maybe find a M36 long-bed to plop on that, give it a purpose in life so it can start doing some hauling. Just my two cents.
RE: Not MV related, but pic of the new addition to the fleet!
Nice looking tractor, there, Brandon! What you plan on doing with it, since you don't have crops, and no lawn?
Thanks for the great pic, Beth! Check out the thread on the Virginia Steel Soldiers Rally we are having in about 5 weeks, first weekend in April. I will be updating that thread tomorrow night, so look for it to be at the top of the "new" list shortly.
