you sure its not brake fluid? If its gear oil the seal is not hard to replace at all. just take the hub apart and pop the seal out and a new one in.

you bet just drop the oil pan and go at it. Now that thats said it wont be ez to get the bearings out. The caps will come out but you have to slide the bearings around the crank to get the top ones out.

sounds like you need a new bracket and a pump or a line. Find the leak (fill it up, start it, and look out) get a new bracket and call me in the morning.

just take it out and quickley put the new one in. fluid will come out but just top off the fluid in the master and its all good to go. ( brake fluid pressure turns the switch on/off)
