Okay, I did it again! I bought a couple more deuces and a couple more trailers from the Chambersburg PA site. God help me!
My 1970 winch truck will hit the classifieds on SS soon, need to make room for the new toys.
Anyways, I got better deals this time than last go-around! Two M35A2...
I want to modify the deuces I have with the 90 degree mod to the intake pipe, to prevent rain water from entering the intake. I remember seeing a few SSers post pics of their rides with this mod. Where can I get the correct 90 degree pipe for this application? I've seen really wide turn pipes...
Save it and use it after diluting - one gallon per 50 gallon tank won't hurt your ride, and you'll get a free gallon of fuel per tank.

A few months back I posted pics of some old ambulance sirens I got from Colemans scrapyard in PA. I got a PM from a Steel Soldier...
RE: Hey there, nice CUCV!
I'm wondering what the point of a tan CUCV is in the land of forests and mountains there in the fatherland. Kinda clashes, doncha think?
RE: silicone brake fluid and unit markings question
I don't think the M135/M211 series used silicone. By the time they were surplused out, silicone was only starting to be used in the M880s and the newer M35s. They can use it, but your have to make sure the brake system is COMPLETELY flushed...
