Negative - CME Arma, when I was having mine rebuilt by them, wouldn't give credit for Leece-Neville alternators anymore. Said they would only give credit for Delco Remy alternators of the newer variety.

I plan on going back to Colemans soon, and he has a pile of old 60amp alternators, standard military 24v - 28v Leece-Neville type, for various trucks, various models, sitting in the back in a pile. They have been there for 10-20 years. Above scrap value, are they worth anything to anyone? I...

I think the black would do fine. A lot of purists would opt to paint everything the same OD color, but undercarriage, to me, should look dark so you notice the body of the truck, not the ugly underbelly....

I notice someone got the idea we needed a "beating a dead horse" smiley for the forums, and that's cool. Is there a way we can increase the number of smileys on the SS site, there's a lot of cool ones all over the web. Just not sure how to get them here.
