RE: 1009 There should be a data plate with the VIN and military registration number inside of the drivers side door frame near where the latch is. Send the VIN and reg num and we can check. If there is no dataplate, then just send the VIN and above all else, send pictures.

I thought I burned up my power steering pump in my 1009. :x I was really bent because just yesterday I had been pulling parts off of a parts truck. Among a bunch of stuff I needed for the interior, I grabbed the generator (drivers side) but not the pump. Smelled burning rubber this morning...

RE: Nice Truck Absolutely, I have a pair of PVS7D equivalents I bought about 2 years ago. Those NODS with these lights...might as well be daytime. Was thinking about having the spot light as an IR but couldn't find the right size lens and besides I may be rigging up a hand held IR system...

Finally got my 1009 home tonight. Dents are pulled and new sand CARC paint job. Had to do a last minute repair to the rear window. Drove it 50 miles to the house. Minor issue is it failed inspection. WV law requires the license plate to be lighted. No big deal, will get that fixed this...
