So... Figured out the wiring... it was a bit of a mess.. but not horrible after getting on it for real. was having some issues with the Blower Fan. Apparently UPS had their way with it... Blower Motor was sagging due to this crack from apparently where UPS must have dropped the box. at any rate...
Have to say a Sunex 8mm impact hex driver on a butterfly Air Impact was handy to get through the fan to remove the clutch bolts and the pulley bolts and also to install same.
Pulled Vacuum on the system held 30" forever. Unfortunately my can tap was incompatible... new one arriving tomorrow at some point. the Belt Provided with the Bracket from Black Dog was too long "WAY" too long... really could have been half inch shorter and be fine but the one on there is 1"...
Todays Festivities... the Wiring leaves a LOT to be desired on this kit. I'll have to extend portions. the Drier would not fit on the splash guard. so it is mounted on the Evap Brackets. Plenty of hose... wires are short... the control box has a bracket that seems quite useless. so I'll need to...

Air Conditioning Compressor is SANDEN with 24V Clutch
I'll Measure the Condenser but it is a parallel flow which should be more efficient. And Front mounted on the cooling stack.
Evaporator is Reddot.

My 69 442 with a 455 in it (the original 400 gave up the ghost long before I got it.) With TH400 and 3.23 gears... Got a wee bit better mileage than this truck.
My 74 3/4 ton long bed Cheyenne with 454, TH400 and 4.10 Rear Gear, and shell got about 5 MPG...
I'm running with the 2 wire connector disconnected so the fan is engaged at all times.
Fixing to add AC here in the next week so that should cut it back some.
I'm serious I get 13... GENERALLY at the time I fill it up I am putting about 17 gallons in almost EVERY time.
Sometimes WAY less sometimes a little more. but I am filling it til the pump shuts off. then the next whole dollar.

There are only Two HMMWV on the installation, and one is with the fire department, and one is mine.
The Fire Dept complains no end about their HMMWV it is a Turbo Diesel with the fire apparatus on the back for range fires.

for sway make sure your load is more toward the front of the trailer not in the middle. more tongue weight helps prevent sway.
Towed mine with a 16' car trailer the other week and it didn't sway at all on a bumper ball hitch.
