That is not a lift kit, it's a cob job.
That is why your steering is messed up.
You need 4" minimum lift to run the 37" humvee tires and it will still touch the rear fender/innerfender at times with mild driving(worse when off road)
And I was just letting you know that there is a third option(and it's simple and inexpensive).
Based on your questions, I was guessing that you did not know the pipes are readily available.
