On a similar note, One that makes me laugh is the "Compact Car Parking Only" signs. So if I pull in in a pickup I can get a fine or something? How about a Deuce?
I've also thought once I get a Deuce/5 ton I'd love to take people driving around, just for the experience. Particularly running friends around on errands, picking friends up at the airport, etc.

My situation might be similar, hopefully living down a dirt road next fall, second to last house accessed by it. Place has a circular driveway, perfect for a 5 ton!
Sweet! I'm planning on daily driving my 5 ton once I get one but if that happens it's going to have to be an -A2 model...the 4-5 MPG just won't do in my situation. (I'd settle for an A1 but wouldn't be driving it everywhere I don't think).

I wonder if the "under-registering" thing works in other states? It seems like a good way around some of the CDL laws that can be ridiculous for the average person.
