I mean, it has the NSN(national stock number) and the manufacturers number and the part number.
With one of those 3 numbers, you can often find all the details of an item(part) with a Google search.
My favorite site is PartTarget. All the info needed is listed there(usually).
In just a few minutes I was able to look in the TM, find the coupling NSN, Google it and find this, http://www.parttarget.com/4730-00-278-8853_4730002788853_3-040101B.html.

How do you find the correct terminology? Use the TM! The parts TM is easy enough to look...
All of the parts are listed in the TM(TM 9-2320-272-24P-1), figure 312.
Part numbers are listed as well. With some google searching, you may find what you need.
