Steering Issues, Possibly 6x6 Drive Issue? HELP!

One of the two "nubs" on the pinnion shaft inside the steering gear box may be broken. Is the steering gearbox oil level correct? I would park it until you do a complete front steering linkage and suspension inspection(including removing the steering gearbox cover), until you identify the issue.

To Plow or not to Plow that is the question?

For all of what you just said you want to do, you can just spend the same amount and buy a dumptruck with a plow on it.

    without water kit

Plan on 10 hours of maintenance and $300 in parts&lubes. They will do it, but at a cost. I'd use a boat in anything over 12", if possible.

    Door Glass Seal

I would find the part you need in the parts TM, then google the nsn number.

    Make M105 lower?

Once you tow a properly loaded M101 trailer and feel how they can wag the M1009, you will probably reconsider towing anything bigger or heavier. After seeing one guy's post after having an empty M105 roll his M1008, I would not even try moving an M105 with an M1009 on the road.

    Make M105 lower?

I just noticed your want ad for bows and a cover. I'd just go buy an M101 trailer with a cover. They are out there, keep looking.

    Make M105 lower?

A narrowed mobile-home axle works well to lower it. And you can have electric brakes! Craigslist is a good source.

Rod Ventilated Block in Deuce -NOT- Crank Broke

Hmm, I just pulled an NHC-250 a couple days ago. It took about 3 hours. I think I could have done it in 2, if I had read the TM!

You could have had your M818 done by now, had you kept it!

    Glow Plug Relay Repair

Your call. I have no idea what they are offering you for $19. Test and confirm whatever you buy.

    Glow Plug Relay Repair

The relay should be listed in the stickies. st85 gpr109 It must have 2 small terminals and they must not have continuity to the mount. Test whatever you buy, to confirm this, before installing it.
