It would cost more than it would ever be worth to fix that truck and put it back into stock condition. Run it over a scale and ask for full scrap price (and hope they don't deduct for all that rubber).

I thought ebay's policy was, no title, sell as salvage only. The mention of title is confusing(many states use different terms and policies). When you said it was not currently titled, that sort of implies to me, it was(or may have been) previously, when in fact, it never has been titled...

I've considered installing a winch on the deck, close to the center pivot, so I could pull a load onto the deck.
