In NY we have some fairly restrictive towing/driving laws. After seeing some of the pics and comments posted here, I'm pretty happy that we have such restrictive laws!

Do the glow plugs get 12v to them with your pushbutton pushed?
Have you checked your fuel filter bleeder for fuel?
How long since it ran last? Did it have any problems before it was parked/abandoned?
Does the pink wire on the IP have 12v?(key on)

There is a calendar on the right side of the main page. usually someone updates it with rally dates.
There were threads for the GA rally for 6 months before and several months after.
You'd pretty much have to be illiterate to not have noticed or read any of the posts.

Charge the town/police/county or whoevers rule this is, for the fuel for starting it to prove it is not "abandoned"
Simply put ac60Gs in it and start it for them(I would also resupply the gp relay with 12v). Then ask then to make an appointment for the next "test".

I prefer the jack on the landing leg(versus the old solid leg).
Also, there is a rear leg(stabilizer) that is real nice, to keep it from tipping backwards when stationary. They can be added later also.
