Second Place is terrific and congratulations!
But in regard to those judges:
- Come ON; what can possibly top a WWII Half-track for goodness' sake!!???
I am presuming First Place went to alternate armor in the form of a Panzer V "Panther", because otherwise I'm not convinced.
Another catalog over the threshold here:
- Check out this all-aluminum Supermarine Spitfire
It's some kind of pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for,

That's IT; you're on the ball, gottaluvit; it's the mountains and hills (and water of course) that make the lay-out looney.
Now where the H*** were we before we drifted all the WAY over here. Time to get back!
The thread had something to do with the letter "C", but now it wasn't "Counties"......
Oh, I get it; thanks!
You all are one of those states that has all those orderly laid-out counties, whereas over here in Maryland and Virginia our counties all look more like they were laid out by somebody who'd been nipping a little too heavy from that "corn-in-a-bottle".
My hat is off to you, cbrTodd, your interior is shaping up REAL nice; looks great! [thumbzup]
It looks terrific either way, but just curious if that's actual ceramic tile on the floor, or if that's sheet-vinyl goods of some kind?
I can sure understand how you might want to "deep-six" the seat (considering that you're not operating as an active combat ambulance).
But I admire it as a GREAT concept, whoever came up with the idea.
Those are good people to offer you the help, but mechanic's help over the phone is tough:
- It's kind of like the old "Pregnant Passenger Landing the 757 for the Unconscious Pilot" story-line. :naner:
