does not look like a marine unit because it has a fan, most marine units use heat exchangers, looks like it is laying on its side by the way the oil pan is

over rev WILL get more then one pushrod, you need to check ALL the pushrods, in a over rev. the valves float and HIT the pistons, bending valve stems and pushrods, i have seen cracked heads and pistons from over rev, check the valve seat real good

you can get a electronic rpm reader, a special paint is used to mark the dampener then the reader which is pointed at the dampener( this can be fixed to the truck so you dont have to hold it) converts the rpm to a digital signel, then to computer, ect, i used this set up when i was in cal...

i would go for the wv62, it is rarer truck, a fun truck to drive, if it is to be a daily driver i would update the moter and a few other things, in the late fifftys i learned to drive stick on a 44 wc61, on the MV timeline this made it almost NEW. if i could find one in decent shape i would try...
