RE: tires. i made a adaptor for the towbar ring so i can front tow the xm977 when it gets to ga.(about 9/24), i made a swivel also so any change in angle between the 819 and the 977 wont bend the towbar, when i towed bfrs first deuce, going around sharp conners realy put a twist in the towed...

get a 246 or a 819, thay both have a 26' boom, that should get you high enough

the air valve does not disengage only shifts the sprag to reverse, you can put a air switch in the feed line to the air valves to the trans, this will shut the air off to the trans air valves, this in turn will put the sprag in neutral, if you dont flip the switch on WHEN NEEDED you do get...

thats one thing i could not figure out why the m246 and the m819 calls for 1200s and the m62, m543, and the m816 calls for 1100s, according to the -10, the 246 and the 819 only weight about 35 lbs more then the other wreckers, you would think that all the wreckers would use the 1200s
