If its steel, I'd pass. You could make something much better imho for the time and money you'd spend adapting that.
If its aluminum, I'd say get it and rework it.
Well seems I'll be driving her car back to Ohio. Everyone on I75 north is now on notice!
I don't plan on having any problems but will update this thread if it happens.
If yall see a crazy man on 75n driving an hhr faster than reasonable, thats probably me heading home.
Toby I have a few 105 thats in nice shape, not sure what I'm going to do with it. Might trade you my axle springs and perches for one of those dexter axles I saw while at your place.
Well since I
ve gone to shields, I haven't had any wires from a wire wheel embed into my face, I haven't had crust fall in between the lens and my nose to get in my eyes, or much fogging up. Its a personal choice and shields work best for me.
There is also the sticky:

But he asked why dealers don't stock clear return lines. Probably cause its not a BIG seller.
Not a great thread title. Makes searching for answers hard to do!
Because most guys just use DOT rated air hose. Be sure to get the ferrules that go inside the plastic for the nuts to cinch down on.
Good reminder about eye safety, but I hate safety glasses. Years ago I made the switch to using a face shield and its so much better imho. You can even get them in shades for plasma cutting or using the O/A torch
