Truckguy, Have you hooked a VOM to any of the leads? That would tell you what is at each terminal. 12v, 24v, 110v etc. It could even tell you if its a ground.

I put a dump bed on an M353 trailer and plan to power it off the slave port. It would be pretty easy to put a crane on the tounge of one. Might look into finding an M353.

I will look into the possibility of getting one from an A3. No promises.

Being its a 5ton, I doubt it effects it much, but he knows its there. Unless its registered commercial, he shouldn't need to worry about empty weights and scales. Edit, thanks for the pics!
