It looks like you could just drill the rear most 2 holes out, through the existing holes in the frame. Then drill the 2 holes for the tiedown handle.
Does it look like the front end is correct for the 809 series front bumper?
I just went out and looked at 2 sets of winch extensions. One on my M819 and one set off of an old 5 ton gasser. Both are the same, and different looking than yours.
They have 4 holes in a square pattern, at each end. Then they have 2 holes along the center line(one end only), that the tiedown...
For future refrence, it would help if you posted the part number and brand that you bought.
Also, If you had looked in the -20P TM, you would have found the original fuel pump is part number 6471831. A quick Google search for "6471831 fuel pump" will get you the info you need to find the...
These generators were designed and built at 300% of their rating(output).
Running it for 40 hrs straight at 100% is no problem.
Also, the wattage rating was at 8000 ft above sea level. So in most cases, we get about 2000 extra watts out of them.

Personally, I would pull a used injector out of a spare motor and swap the #1 injector and see if that solved it.
Do they have good radial tires? Are they tubeless(tubeless rims have only 2 holes)? I'm looking for a set of 11 tires and rims at near scrap prices!

Do a complete brake inspection, cleaning and adjustment(while it's apart, repack all your bearings and replace your seals). Rebuild all wheel cylinders, the master cylinder and brake booster(air pack) and you will have great brakes.
All of this is covered in the TMs
Slowly read post 2. I said to remove the seat(not the whole seat base) to get to the seat back hardware. Very easy to do. After you drop your tools a few times behind the seat and have to pick them up, you'll see why I said to to it this way.
HS backed that up with a couple nice pics to show...
