I wouldn't just flat out ignore the batteries, but thinking the amperage is the cause is not realistic.
I'd get a carbon pyle tester and verify they are good.

Well, the plan was to pull the intake and exhaust to see what was going on. We pulled the intake horn and I couldn't spin the blades by hand. I had him start it up and the blades were not moving. Once pulled, we could spin the blades(go figure). Also the V band clamp that holds the exhaust snail...
So GEP(general engine products) is now subbing thier work out to Dalton? If thats the case, you might not have any ground to stand on (if its still badged GEP). I hope this is the only hurdle for you.

So who sold you the motor? That is a bunch of BULLSH1T as far as I'm concerned. I don't know what you paid for the motor, but for some of the prices I've seen, I'd be out for blood if they told me to "go pound sand"!
Well, I couldn't say for sure what was wrong with his turbo, but I believe there is more than one issue at hand. We decided to put the new one I had on and it cleared up the smoke and made up to 15psi. We also put a thermocouple in for his pyro while we had the turbo off. He should be able to...
Not that I know of, but I'm learning new stuff every day! In fact, I learned a Dodge pickup front caliper can "just fall off" when your driving through a construction zone and can't pull over for 30min, just this summer.

Neither, C nor D(as stated). It is a larger turbo. That is why I said it is hard to find the adapters for a regular turbo. You will need a different intake horn and also an exhaust spacer since the C and D is physically smaller. I will look tomorrow as I believe I have the turbo you need.
