I put an MRAP bumper on my truck. If you don’t care about the tow-bar mounts, works great, nice and strong, just need to fab frame-extensions. Added winch mount location too where I mounted a Sherpa 25k

I can tell you now from what you say the oil pressure is not correct, these are low pressure high volume oil systems on these trucks, and CTIS is non-op. I’d suggest going through your TIM diagnostics group behind your passenger side dash. Here’s a small video on it

That’s your fuel filter/water separator, the connector is for the fuel heater in the drain bowl there.

Awesome. Should be okay, they ran motor oil in them. You’re probably spot on with the air bubbles. If you have a way to jack it up, it lights not hurt to jack it up and steer left to right back and forth from lock to lock slowly to help purge it out. Lot of lines and 2 steering boxes
