Hi all, I’m working on my 2004 M1123 with a 6.5 non turbo. The radiator fan clutch stays engaged all the time. I have changed the Fan Clutch solenoid valve, Thermostatic Fan Switch and the Time delay module and still no change! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Quick question i run with a group of HUMVEE owners off road - most M998s and my M998 rides considerable rougher and harder. all the tire pressures are the same around 25 PSI. Did HUMVEEs have different suspensions? Do some have a softer ride? thanks

Thanks in advance for the help. I have changed the glow plugs on my M998 and didn't pay attention to which wire goes to which plug. Does it make a difference?

sooooo i bought another M998 with a 6.5. Batteries changed and new, the truck cranks and pushes white smoke from the exhaust but will not start. i used starting fluid and got it started and ran all day and started no problem. Parked over night and now it will not start again same as before...

quick question. i have a m998 and everything works however the high beam/low beams are turned around. when i step on the switch the light for high beams comes on but the the low beams are on and then vis-versa. any ideas before i dig into it thanks in advance for the help

Hello all, I just took delivery of a 1995 M998 and the transfer case is stuck in HL. The level can be moved but will not come out of HL. Any ideas? thanks

hi all I have a 1995 M1078. the tires hold air pressure but the highway light flashes on the console. If I press another setting nothing happens but the light flashes. Any ideas on were to start. I have not found any air leaks thanks

Hi all I replaced the watertemp gauge and sending unit on my 1953 M37. It worked for 10 days perfectly and then just pegged over to the farright. All the other gauges are workingand I swapped the ground wire with the fuel gauge to see if it was the groundand the fuel gauge worked perfectly...
