786542 I believe is the fusible link wire I used on mine. It's napa/belden brand. I have had no issues since I put it on.

Napa sells actual fusible link wire. I had the same issue with my 09 and this worked well. Give me a few minutes and I'll run out and get a part number for you.

Well, had to leave this one alone. Had lots of cooter and jethro wiring throughout truck. After a better inspection of the e brake cable, it has no coating on it just steel cable and to get it to pull on the lever at the driveline, someone has bolted eyelets under the floor that the cable rides...
