Best Rear Spring Option for Bobbed Deuce

Cool, the reason I asked is I have seen pics of it on ramchargercentral.com but they weren't from the owner. It is a popular truck there, your buddy needs to join :)

    Best tire/wheel combination

The double beadlocks I have are two piece, each piece is basically a stock wheel with the split ring side cut off and new centers welded in. So basically 1 wheel consists of two stock wheels. I haven't looked yet, but if someone makes and sells the centers you could take your 10 stock wheels...

    Best tire/wheel combination

I have 16.00R20 XZL's on USA 6x6 14" wide double beadlock wheels. They have a 7" backspacing (middle of wheel). I think they look good under the deuce. I see a lot of deuce setups that have too much backspacing (for the width of the wheel) and the tires look all tucked up under the truck. I...

Best Rear Spring Option for Bobbed Deuce

I have trailer springs on mine, simple bolt on. The rear actually flexes fine, maybe due to the spring rate, so I think the outside the frame mounting isn't so critical. It flexes more than I would like it to, I can't imagine those springs under the frame for more articulation.

    tire size = mph?

^^^^^agree :) I have 16.00R20 XZLs and I can pretty much keep up with traffic on the freeway. I have no idea how fast I am going since my speedo is off and I never bothered to check my phone GPS. I just make sure I have enough cushion all around me, though I have done that with every big...

53 inch tall tire on m35

You don't need 9" of lift to fit 53s, I have none on mine.

    Electric winch

When you say you have your 12v stuff on the 24v system, do you have it wired power to battery and ground to chassis or do you mean you have power and ground going straight to 1 battery?

Water to air intercooler, Charge air cooler, Aftercooler...

1st gen eclipse. Super cheap and the bottom end can handle more boost you can throw at it.

Brake bleeding doesn't seem to be going as planned

I must of been lucky, I had a loose rear line that lost all the fluid out of the reservoir, lost nearly all braking power, was a little scary. I tightened the line and filled it back up and pumped it up a few times, had some brake but was still spongy. Parked it and a few days later went back...

What is this called and how do you get it off? Injection pump part

Can't get the image to take, so here is a link instead. This is the red mark on the gear, and I think the other pic has the mark that you line the red mark up with. Pic of Hydraulic Head red gear mark you have to line up to pull it out

    powerstroke in a Deuce

I second MrM4, I have had all 3, 7.3L Powerstroke, 12V Cummins and 24V Cummins with a SMARTY, Cummins hands down. If you already have the Powerstroke you could sell it and buy a Cummins and tranny and be a step ahead of the game.
