Front Axle Engagement Air Pressure Switch - Replacement

You just use the same switch as the hydraulic brake switch on the master cylinder. Screws right in with no adapters and the original plug fits. Had mine in for over a year now.

    Help needed with air system

Just curious what you had to relocate the air tanks? I just put a dump kit on my bobbed deuce and it fit perfectly behind the cross member behind the air tanks in the stock location.

    problem with dump conversion

I just checked the instructions and I bet your hoses are on wrong as port "A" the top one on the pump has a maximum raising pressure of 3200 psi and port "B" the lower on the pump has a maximum lowering pressure of 1500 psi. Make sure you have the Bridon load control valve in the front port of...

    problem with dump conversion

I just finished mine a while back on my bobbed Deuce with probably the same kit that I got from Premium Supply, the 516 kit, and it dumps a 6000 lb load of rock in about 15 seconds with no hesitation. Make sure that the hose from the top port of the block goes to the front port on the cylinder...

    Bobbed Deuce Dump Bed

They are just a standard pivot pin hinge. They came with the hoist kit from Premium Supply, I am guessing they have that tail piece to give you more weld surface area.

    Bobbed Deuce Dump Bed

Well I finally got tired of watching the wife have to hand shovel gravel all the time out of the Deuce so I decided to put a dump bed on. When I did the Bob I used a 105 trailer bed and kept it low by only putting 1.5" wood strips on the frame. Doing the dump conversion I wanted to keep the...

    Winch Questions....

Si I broke the engagement lever shaft on my winch this weekend and after I for home, pulled the winch out and tore it down. I had leaky seals everywhere so it was time to rebuild anyway. But then I remember seeing a winch for sale on a local for sale page on Facebook from last year and...

My 12 Volt DC Accessory Kit Installation

I basically wired mine the same way except instead of a toggle switch to energize the solenoid, I tied it into the main switch so I wouldn't accidentally leave the converter on.

    395/85R20 tires for Deuce

I only lasted 6 months with 395's on stock rims before I changed out to MRAP wheels.....it drives Soooo much better with MRAP wheels and no rubbing in the front. The stock rims are just to narrow.

    395/85R20 tires for Deuce

395's on stock rims will also rub in the front on tight turns and chew up the tires.

How High of a Garage door?

I just finished up having a 40x48x16 built. Had to go 16' eaves cause the Moho was 12'6". Went with 2 12x12 and one 12x14.

About to start work on our Deuce

I use a regular air QR chuck. I have the male nipple mounted on the truck and cap it off with a vinyl vacuum cap to keep it sealed from the elements.
