I don't use the left tank because it is full of trash.... I cleaned the passenger tank and choose to use it since it is clean of trash. I can bypass the selector valve for the return line also but I guess I was asking if there is any way for the set up I have to suck air? The truck ran before...

I think I am dealing with a fuel problem. The truck cut off going down the highway. I let is sit for an hour and it started back up. It has done this 3 times now. I found a kinked hose from the discharge side of the selector valve. I decided to take the fuel line loose from the discharge side...

It sat for 3 years..... full of trash in the bed.... Dad and I rebuilt the distributor on the bed of the truck and stuck a fuel pump on..... Drove it home.... loaded for bear! I love old Military Vehicles.....

The truck was in his yard. The parts were in a building and inside a trailer. It is like Disneyland in the building..... "New Old Stock" stuff just packed in boxes.... And yes, dad owns a M151-A2 radio jeep. We will be taking care of this one.

Thanks for the pic and input. The GP is not home yet but I suspect it will be soon... Dad is elbow deep in a M151 A1 right now so there is nowhere to stick it..... He is giggly about this one.... ha ha ha....
