I used my genny for an extensive outage back in August. I started the genney in September as I usually do monthly to give her a bit of exercise. Today I went out to start it and I have nothing from the panel. When I shut the unit down I always make sure the load is off and let it run for 5~10...
I have a MEP803a which has been running quite well. Mine does not have a cold-weather kit but what I did last winter was I put in two smart battery chargers (one for each battery) and a 600 watt space heater on a thermostat which kicks on below 38 degrees. This setup worked quite well in our...

I have been admiring one and was wondering what peoples thoughts are on these little guys and does anyone here have one and can give their opinion of the unit?
Thanks!
I purchased a (what I would consider) very clean Libby 1993 MEP803A with 626 original hours. No reset tag and I think I figured out where this unit came from. I picked it up from Camp Dodge in Iowa and I think it was a National Guard unit which used it for their local exercises. It has HQ...
