The ol deuce went to get hay for a friend today. Put a ton on. It took a lot longer to load it then it did to unload it.:-D

Anyone else running into stripped bolts on their deuce?
Seems every single project I start on mine I have a couple of bolts that are stripped. Today I was going to change out my box seat for the spring seat. I got all 4 bolts out of the base and went to take the 4 out of the co drivers seat...
Been working on the deuce bit by bit and I think she is starting to get to where I want it.
So far have replaced drivers fender, replaced hard top with canvas soft top, replaced troop seats, added canvas cargo cover and some minor cosmetic work.

Just finished searching as I think I have something strange on my deuce. Everything I am seeing says the winch is a 10,000 lb Garwood. The winch on my deuce says 20,000 lb Garwood. The winch is an add on as the truck was not originally equipped with a winch.

Just bought a 68 Kaiser deuce winch model about 5 minutes ago. It came with 5 extra tires, an M105 trailer and 3 gas air compressors.
