    okay here goes here is where Im at I have an M1009 that has been sitting for a year or maybe two...dont know anything from PO(vehicle was bought from an estate) What it will do cranks but needs a shot of starting fruid to run..once its running it sounds good..What ive done I changed the fuel...

Upon doing some web surfing I have found an article where the 3rd row seat was used from a suburban 1990(pre 91) and it will fit with the exception on the front mounts.     Okay here goes my idea...feel free to give your opinions....I am thinking of having my own seat covers made at a local shop has anyone tried to make /have made from the vinyl canvas material used in the cargo canvases. I thought this might be a good way to recycle and get a strong set of covers...

    Thanks for the input.....I know the batteries are new as I got it without any..my brother put in 2 new ones and has told me the tires look pretty new......I am going to drive it a few days and then if it looks good I will hit the highway what's a Good highway speed for a M1009?

    Best Glow Plug Removal Tool?

    If you use a fork shaped tool to apply pressure under the threads of the glow plug..then use an air ratchet with deep well socket to spin it as you pry it out....that has worked for me in the past
