you need the proper seal driver to install them without damage..... i am waiting for some seals and am going to make the driver for those

well, there are no burrs, or casting flash sections inside of the hole, the heater elementhas a little wider profile on the end which makes it contact the inside of the walls of the hole, i must look for a better alternative

i just attempted to install the kats heater mentioned in this thread, it WILL NOT fit in the water pump area, the element hits the impellers or some other internal part of the water pump, so i am wondering where people are installing these

who has the part number for the electrical block heater used by so many on this site, i have seen pics, looked for them or info for them and have had no luck

our 24 volt upgrade kit fits the cummins also, as well as the 715 now

agreed, i like 189, or even 220 amps, makes life more fun when you know you wont be underpowered

not sure, but a multi donor would make the pump and stuff easy to install on the engine

that would be a tricky thing to do there, and would require a few brackets to be fabbed for sure.... i would look into a delco unit first, more easily installed

do you have pics of your alternator, or the unit mounted? serp belt? or is it a dual V belt, mine may fit o your truck
