I agree. I am going with the 331 hemi. The motor mounts don’t scare me at all but getting the adapter from the motor to the trans does. That is the missing piece right now.

Call Idaho motor pool they have a metal one there that I put on my m37 the back fit perfect but the top was short. I could have saved myself $600 if I would have just bought it and modified it.

Turns out the motor in my M37 I just bought might be garbage. The silver lining is I have a 331 hemi and aces to a 5.7. I have herd the 331 hemi “just bolts right up” but I have not seen it done or seen a parts list. I would really appreciate the help or any other ideas. ps this is my first...

I did the same thing yesterday and I called boyce equipment and they said it was a plug that was for fording water. boyce can hook u up with on for $25.00

this is the easy way! just drop a second 12v alternator on the truck and run a seprate system. Let the 24v run the truck and the 12v run your lights stero, popcorn maker and winch.

I do not want to buy any more parts from boyce equipment or eastern military surplus. does any body know of another place that does not charge an arm and a leg for such parts as a left door handle or temp gauge. is it possible to find a temp gauge at napa or autozne that would work?
