    Whos got bow corners?

I'm cleaning out some extra gear and have a full set of wooden bows, staves and corners for free if anyone needs or wants them. I'm not really interested in shipping the whole things but I'd ship the corners if that's all someone needs. If you're local to the DFW area you can have the whole...

    M35A3 Bow & Tarp Kits

I bought a cover kit with new Bows, Corners and Stakes off the classifieds here a while back and as a result have my old set of Wooden Bows, Corners and Stakes that I'd be willing to donate to anyone who needed them. They're not in the best shape but they are usable. I'm not really interested...

Removing the tire from the wheel

I also just took a load of 5-ton rims to the recycler yesterday. 10 rims totaled out at 920 lbs and netted me $103.50.

    Identifying Texas FMV owners

ColdWarrior, That's all great gouge. I too carry most of those docs in my truck at all times to help in explaining the FMV registration to a LEO who might inquire. I think all of this info might be better placed in another thread describing Texas FMV Law though. Right now, it's all in a...

    Identifying Texas FMV owners

There used to be a map that had all the members plotted. It was a nice feature.

    Texas Independence Day!

When my oldest was born in California, my brother sent me a ziplock bag of dirt from his yard to take into the delivery room so she could always say she was born on Texas Soil. When my youngest was born in North Carolina, I was deployed and missed her birth but thankfully she had the good...

Anyone Want A DFW Area Meet Up?

I met another DFW area member today and it made me think again about getting together with other local MV folk. When this first came up, I thought about Bass Pro Shop. The one up north of DFW airport, on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Everybody loves Bass Pro don't they? Or Cabellas even...

    My new uh-1e marine helo.

At the bottom of this page US Navy and US Marine Corps Aircraft Serial Numbers and Bureau Numbers--1911 to Present is a link to a searchable Buno data base. Your Buno shows up so it will give you a couple pieces to your history puzzle.

How much is a complete 12k service worth?

I would easily pay $300 more for a truck that had been fully serviced prior to sale. I think if you work it like Divemaster was saying, as a practice, it becomes worth more and more the more trucks you sell. If you have several to sell and you get a reputation as selling a good quality...

Modded M1009s? (auction is finaly over)

My guess is Range Control vehicles. There's alot of nothing on some of those ranges in Utah.

What about military tow-behind crane for a deuce?

The folding one looks like something you'd see on the flightline and used to change a prop.

    Steel Soldiers, users age

48 next month. But for me, the beauty of getting older is that there are more younger women.

    m35a2c clogged fuel system

I had mine go full throttle on me in traffic and was able to kill it with the engine stop but it was just the throttle return spring. I wonder if yours is just weak spring or some kind of binding in the linkage.

I towed a big boat with my m1009, that's the most you've towed?

It depends...Does the piano have brakes?
