Let me tell you guys, you don't find better guys than Sandcobra and Atomic. If not for them, I would still be trying to get the things on. Atomic did find out what standing up a 14.00 and combat will do to your lower back...
I don't about the NHC 250 but on a 5.9 Cummins the front cylinder is the hottest. It is because the manifold doesn't expend gases in the front as well. I would be interested to see how the 250 does
You can always lift the rear axle off of the ground and remove the rear drive shaft. Then take one side and spin it. If the tires on each side spin in the opposite direction it does not have a locker. If they both spin the same way however, you have a locker.
The only difference between the 931 and 931A1 is that the A1 comes with the 14.00r20 super singles on combat wheels. Both have the same NHC-250 Cummins that is naturally aspirated.
The A2's all come with the super singles. The also have a more modern 8.3L Cummins that is turbocharged. Also...
