what comes in the cucv dot 3 or dot 5 ?

had it M/T put in 5 gal new rubber lines ,spin on fillter ,ele 6.5 pump

Hi Guys; got a 86 CUCV if the tank gets below 1/4 tank of fuel it's sucks air and dies ,on any incline or vigerus take off/braking. Had the tank out ,there is no baflling should there be??
