    What do you guys think, a good investment, or a waste of money? how had is it to recover Trucks with it? How often do they get to be used on the ralleys? I found one for around 5k, just worried I wont get my money out of it. thoughts?

    Sorry for the late reply, but weight is good to give you the most traction, like recovery said, just got to be careful about the nose. Think of it like quads taking off in the sand, the heavier one always gains traction first, well from my experience anyways. GL with your adventures!

    not matter the weight in the truck, you will / can find something to get stuck in. as far as sand, weight is better, but if you have pencil thick tires, you will bottom out. Think of your tires like snow shoes, the wider your foot print the better. o, and another note, I would use hte duece...

    Well, there is a place called Rual Shades, kinda in the middle? its 30 mins away, and I bought my ATV from the owner, I am sure once I get back I can get some cooperation from him. they hold many mud bog competitions for quads, plenty of trails to ride on, even in the duece. who knows, maybe...
