Hey Phil is it the rubber part of the line leaking? If so you could always go to one of the parts stores and get a small section of steel brake line and some clamps. Cut out the bad section and use a couple clamps on each side of the rubber hose If it's a small enough piece that you can leave...
Well the moter really sounds good. Many thanks again to Ferro, Craig and Mike. Thanks as well to JWaller for his excellent technical support. Phil and PJ, I hope you guys have a safe and "uneventful" trip back to the sunshine state.
Oh yeah I have some video of the beast coming to life but I...
Ok Broad River Road. I know where you are now. I live between Swansea and Gaston, about 20-25 miles from where you are now. If I can help in any way let me know. I have a shop building and lots of tools, engine hoist etc. I can clear out a spot for you if you can get it out that way. I don't...

My truck didn't have troop seats or a cover when I got it. It had long staves on the sides attached to the bow corners and bows but no cover. I have since rounded...
Great points Bill!! I will second and third the part about the diaphram stems on the arms!! That took me about as long to get them hooked as it did to finish the rest of the rebuild!!!
Oops, just looked the site up and it the same one Warthog has in his post. I didn't realize then and now was part of the maritime racing outfit. They sell topnotch kits, and they do have one for the Carter pump in the M37's
The one I have has brand new fresh stuff in it. No NOS parts. If you don't want to go the swapout route check with Then and Now. I think that is the correct name. They sell fresh kits for just about any rebuildable pump made. That is where the kit in mine came from.
I was bringing my MKT home last night from an event I had cooked at and when I got home the brakes had apparently locked up on the trailer. The event was only a couple of miles from home so It didn't get pulled far but the brake drum were really hot!! I crawled under the trailer and released the...
