the front WAS sagging. now its up where I want it, truck is level, but im not sure the OE dampers are long enough.
anyway, anyone have an idea of a damper replacement set that would be long enough?
and how do I replace it? do I need to disconnect the front shaft U joint from the front differential? or does it just slide apart at the boot? or both?
ok so I call this a front drive shaft boot but apparently the local parts stores call it something else. what would they call it? where can I find it? i ripped it during the front suspension repair and upgrade and i need to replace it.

Looking for damper and stabilizer bar torque specs
Found the wheel lug torque on the cheat sheet at 90 ft lbs but it was listed for 1988. Seems a bit weak... my 2500 is 120.
Yea it sounded high to me too. But given they didn't want to come off. I don't think they had ever been serviced. I expect the 4wd line to be good. The front diff oil was spotless. The rear was not. Lol to put it lightly. All functions fine tho. Everything a ok.
Cucvrus. Love the name by the...
I have the proper manuals but navigating and finding what im looking for is becoming a pain in my arse.

Later... new suspension parts installation. :D
Found the trans pan...
A little history first. I swapped the v belt for serpentine front end. Cs130 and cs130d alternators. I modified the 130d for the isolated ground. Sofar so good. No fires. Wires and leads reading proper voltages. 12 / 24.
When I purchased the truck someone had already done the manual glow plug...
The blue wire could only go to the gp relay. It was never long enough to go anywhere else... but I remember it just sitting out. Not being used.
The purple on the other hand... based on the connector eyelet size. It can either go to the gp relay or... the 12v junction block just above it...
The purple I guess could be pink. It looks purple in person but the camera makes it look pink. The wire leads to the engine harness. Where it goes in the harness I have not found yet. The light blue does go to the electronic board under the dash. Confirmed.
Again. Im assuming thats the gp...
