Ok so when i pulled all of my injectors the copper ring stayed in the injector hole. Should i try and remove them or just leave them and re use them how they are? If i need to remove them how do i get them out?

This is what i will do that is a great point. I will order the kit to fix my injector pump leak and while its down for that send my injectors off to be re calibrated and or fixed. Storeman you will be getting my injectors in a week or so. Thanks everyone.

I took them out and they glow perfect after 15-20 sec. So I would think they are ok. What concerns me is what happend to the washers? If I dont have washers how much would that effect my compression?

Should i have seen the old washers when i took them off? Or do tey fit inside the hole the plug goes into?

Would you be able to make a few more of those copper rings and send some out? The funny thing i found when looking into my glow plugs not working is that i never did see a copper washer or any washer on any of the 4 glow plugs. Unless they stated inside the unit when i pulled them out.

I tested all my glow plugs. I got a reading of 6-8 ohms on all of them. Now what i also did was take them out and put 24v to them to see if they still glowed. I was wondering how my unit ever got started if they were all bad. Each one took 15-20 sec and glowed all the way. Does this mean they...
