Nice looking truck. Do you have a master cut-off switch for all of your 12 volt stuff?? We put one on ours for the 12 volt and another for the 24. Two master switches will completely kill the truck.
That is a nice truck and it would go well with our 5 ton. But I know for a fact that they would kill me if i brought this home (especially carrying a $1,000 fuel bill).
Boy, we have been getting our butts kicked with grass fires !! But the "get-er-done 5 ton" hasn't missed a lick yet. Here is a video of it out of the station headed out to help a neighboring department on a large rangeland fire.

Yes sir !! This truck has very much been a blessing to our department as well as our community. I forgot to mention that at the same fire as pictured above, we had to pull the forest service dozer out of a sinkhole. Now I probably wouldnt...
I love this truck. It hasnt done us wrong yet. And as far as fire calls go, yes, she goes out fairly often. And if I am at the station, it definately goes. These younger guys like to take the 1 tons because they have more road speed and can get there faster but when traveling 8 or 10 miles...

You read my mind !! This would have made a GRRREAT hay hauling truck back in my hay hauling days. I think that I would have needed a squarebale loader to get them on the truck though. That would make a really cool sqaure bale truck.
