Thanks Ken!!! Was going to call. I am super skeptical to online fraud. And this guy raises some red flags for me. Just asked about payment(using it as a tool to vet him) and some BS about only cash app/apple pay because of issues with shipping etc. The address is a warehouse in Delaware. Not his...
Hope this is ok to ask. A seller on FB, "Military Truck Spare Part for Sale". Seems to be legit and has a spare tire carrier I am interested in for a good price. Comms are a little difficult. Anyone used them or know anything? Not looking to lose $1000. Thanks
Anyone ever install one of these?

Saw one today on a truck and it looked pretty good. Solves a lot of problems for aux. switching etc.
Thanks Camo. Thanks for reply. I think I understand.....so the switch I got from Amazon, that I linked, isn't good enough? And I should use heavy duty connectors to attach wire? I was going to just make up a jumper with Packard connectors to connect to existing wiring than whatever needed to...
Thanks for the reply, but the gauge of the wires going to the start switch are 14 or 12 gauge or so. I come from electrical contractor background and that is good for 15/20 amperes. So, with that premise, that is why I wanted to just put a toggle under the dash to interrupt one of the 3. I am...
Looking for info on installing a simple toggle switch for security. I just replaced the key switch that previous owner installed due to the info I read about them killing the start boxes. Wondering which of the 3 wires I should use to interrupt the start process. I am using this switch due to...
No need to roast you from me. But....that bolt is there for a reason and if it was me, I would want to remove the stud and replace. As far as how to get it out. Numerous methods. I am a fan of welding a nut on the end if that is possible. Heat, penetrating oil, shock, etc.
Looking to clean up some underbody rust spots on my frame and suspension. Have any of you used any of the smaller units with the hopper mounted on the gun? I have a full size one, but that thing is a beast and I want to be more surgical. I have googled and see a few, but looking for real world...
I saw that video with the guy saying to ground that connection! He is an idiot! I commented that the video should be removed since it will be a dead short and definitely melt some wires if not worse!
Can't really say whether it reaches that Db, but it is nice and loud! Not obnoxious like those "train horns". And as I said, super easy to install. And for the price, you can't go wrong.
Just doing my part for safety-just upgraded my stock horn to this bad boy. Inexpensive, easy to install and much louder!!

I can get pics if anyone interested. But, literally took me 10 min to install. Just unplugged...
Not sure if this is the place to post this. I know it has been discussed, chewed and spit out hundreds of times. I am aware of the pitfalls, etc. Just thinking outside the box. I have a working one in the truck now, so want a spare. Does anyone know if these are repairable and if so who? Or, can...
