I have the 1100 R 20 singles on standard wheels. At 2500 RPM it shows about 61 MPH. I very seldom go above 2100 RPM, it just drives better at that speed (right at the torque peak). When I was at Kennesaw, I noticed almost all the ANG deuces were singled, on stock wheels.

I was told by a vendor at the Kennesaw show that the M37 and M35 use the same windshield assemblies. He was selling new, Taiwanese windshields for $150, complete with metal and rubber.

If I remember correctly, the M-135 ran singles. The wheels are not offset as much as dual wheels. This looks better if you are singling out your deuce. Otherwise, they look slightly odd.

My neighbor loves my deuce. He is a disabled WW2 vet. I get a lot of waves while driving. The other day 4 college girls flashed me as they passed me on the 4-lane!! Now that's real support!!

I am planning on trying to find some of the old M135 wheels for my truck. They have the correct offset for singles, and will run fine with my 1100 R 20's.
