The A-frame kit (hoist) for M35-let's talk about it

I think I have the TM or TB in the garage that covers the A-Frames for M-37 and Deuces. I'll try to remember to dig it out later today.

    Seattle Area : Powder Coating?

There is a place in Marysville that does blasting and powder coating. There may be some in the south end of Seattle near Boeing Field, but they will be expensive and may not take small jobs. They also may have been driven out by now by the city. I use the place in Marysville.

    M37 Hardtop Front Header?

Are you talking about the interior metal lining on that hard top? Do you have any photos of the area you are trying to describe? I am supposed to be getting a complete set of the metal interior lining pieces for duplication towards the end of February. If this is an interior piece, I may be...

    PNW Info Thread!

And then I smile and give it to my attorney and tell him "Go make me rich... here is my lottery ticket". I'd probably have 3 different attorneys I know pleading to take that case. That would be one very expensive ticket for a police agency to hand out. Especially, if they took my restored...

    PNW Info Thread!

    O.K., here we go. 1963 to 1966 are the same basic plate. MUST be a trailer plate (F, J, Z, FA-FZ, JA-JC). 1967 Stand Alone Year. MUST be a trailer plate (F, J, Z, FA-FZ, JA-JC). 1968 Stand Alone Year. MUST be a trailer plate (F, J, Z, FA-FZ, JA-JC). 1969 and on I don't care. Above plates...

    PNW Info Thread!

An additional hassle with this trailer license law is that if you want to use a "reactivated" plate it must be from not only the exact year, it must be a trailer plate. Also, unlike the reactivated plate for motor vehicles which allow a one year either side of the vehicle year, this law does not...

    S250 conversion

Please post pictures of your conversion project as you go along. I'm thinking of getting a S-144 that is empty to use as a camper in a M101A1. I would like to see how you make the conversion. Thanks!

    GRC-19 Stuff (T-195 & R-392URR)

I'm looking for some apparently very difficult to find items for the above radio set. I'm looking for the meters on the front panel and the knobs. I guess it was standard demil practice back in the day to remove the meters and knobs. If anyone has those items, or complete radios for sale...

    Weird Part - Lunette Extension?

Thanks, Juan! It will probably work for both trailers (and maybe a few more). For now it is happily living in the bed of my M101A1. I was planning on attaching it this summer to see if the added length would help make my trailer a little less "active" when I'm backing it up. At least it is...

I just sent you a PM.

    Weird Part - Lunette Extension?

Shipping is going to be a killer on this thing, because I'm in Washington state. Are you still interested?

    Weird Part - Lunette Extension?

My extension is certainly a light weight compared to that thing. I just use mine to make my trailer a little easier to steer when backing up. I can measure it, but it certainly isn't 3 feet in length and the clamping parts would never handle 50,000 lbs.

Looking for S-144 Shelter Parts and Pieces

That looks similar. The one I'm thinking about looks thicker, but it may just be the photo. Or I could just not be remembering correctly.

Looking for S-144 Shelter Parts and Pieces

I just acquired a S-144 Shelter (AN/GRC-46) that is mostly complete, but was "de-mil'ed". I am looking for the missing parts (or for some items drawings would work). I need: 1.) The External Exhaust Stack for the Heater 2.) Heater a) Also need Fuel Tank & Filter (a drawing...

    One thousand miles...one thousand dollars

I have an M-37 / M-42 that I have had for 36 years. I've put about 25 K miles on it in that time with about 1/3 to 1/2 of them off road. I've restored it twice. If my cost is only $5 per mile (and it is probably more with all the accessories, radios and trailer) I'd consider myself lucky. It is...

    Reliable M37 parts source

At VPW I make it a point to ALWAYS talk to Steve; otherwise there are issues and I have been burned more than once. Steve, however, is great and a pleasure to work with. Things always work out well when I deal with him.

    Reliable M37 parts source

John is absolute great for both parts and information on these trucks and their many variations. Great guy, very knowledgeable and a businessman with integrity. He is usually my first call.

Anything you can do to pressure him into making some more of them would be appreciated. Every little bit helps!

MWO 2320-212-20/2 Replacement of 45 Amp Hour Batteries with 100 Amp Hour Batteries

Thanks! I'm still looking for it, too. John at MWM has one he is going to copy but it is way, way, way, down the list of priorities. I wish he would make a few, but no success yet.
