I fixed the fuel leaks and turned up the fuel just slightly. Man! This thing fires right up immediately and runs great! It still has no black smoke either. Thank you.
Just open the access panel and lubricate every thing that moves. You likely wont need to replace anything as long as the runs are in good shape. Make sure your rubbers are not destroyed.
This is the color formula and brand. It matches the cargo covers perfectly and the rustoleum sand camo spray paint is very close. I painted the exhaust and grill and tough to paint areas with rustoleum sand. The rest I just used a paint brush after it was all prepped and primered. I really liked...
Finally after a year of slaving on my deuce, it is looking good. Thanks to a lot of people on this forum. I just have to paint the interior and the bed yet. It's not pure origional. But it still has the military look with mostly origional markings. Here is a before, and after.
I am interested in this as well. I was discussing this very thing with my buddy today. My return lines are pinched on the way back to the tank. It seemed to run fine though. Ill be fixing them tomorrow.

I still suspect the master cylinder. Maybe the new air pack has really old dried up lithium grease that is hanging something up. Nos parts may be unused, be may have degraded over time.
