Personally I can't read the red text on the OD background on my computer or phone. All others come through clear.

Ive used a dremel tool to cut a big slit in the head of a stripped out screw. Just be enough to get the biggest flathead screwdriver I can use short of ruining the integrity of the head.

Wd40 sucks for rust. Get a can of PB Blaster. Works 100x better. I share your frustration with the doors. Tried to remove mine last summer and after an hour of trying I finally gave up.

There are two 3/4in bolts on the bottom of the radiator. Loosen those and the bottom of the radiator should slide forward enough to let the belt slip past.
