On Friday/Saturday I changes the hydraulic head in my buddies truck.
On Sunday I spent the better part of 8 hours changing my tach cable. First time in the 3 years the tach has worked. The placement of the tach cable between the aircompressor belts is one of the worst I've ever done.
On the compressor pully there are two bolts. Remove the two bolts. Get a pair if wrenches big enough to fit on the two haves of the compressor pully. Counter turn the two halves to tighten or loosen belt.
I had one of the batteries in my deuce go bad on a trip, Like only put out 2 volts bad. If a single battery could spin over and start my deuce on a cold morning, I don't see why it couldn't spin over a genset.
The real question is why do you want to start it on 12v?

Heres...
In 3 years and about 20k miles I've put on my truck, I've always started out in second when not loaded down or on a incline. If I'm heavy or towing, or on an incline, I always start out in 2nd low. The only time my truck sees 1st is off-road or when my truck can't pull 2nd low.
Your miles...
The a3 rim is wide enough to work, and you can mount the tires on it. They use a different style of bead tho, and alot of tire places I've talked to don't recommend using mixed types of beads.
So I have an interesting problem. With in a two minute window, I managed to break both my inside and outside door handles. I didn't break the handles off, they just free spin. Thing is, I'm not entirely sure hows to get the door open now. Short of pulling the door pins out, is there any tricks...
I got the last one from my HF. They gave me a free replacement plan on it, as mine failed under warranty. They said they would either give a equal replacement, or in store credit.
I just read they are discontinuing the harbor freight barrel pump. They said they are going to get a replacement for it, But as of now, I dont know any other places to get a cheap pneumatic oil pump.
At least from the perspective of a multifuel, why turn 100 gallons of useable fuel into 60gallons. For a 5ton or a cucv I could see the reasoning behind this.
More often then not, you have to use a dynamic balancer. IE Ball bearings, golf balls. They find the low spots in the tire and tend to settle there when up to speed. I believe the ratio is 1oz of balancer for every 13lbs of tire.
My truck runs oil pressure anywhere from 20lbs at idle on a hot day, to 100psi at start up on a cold morning. Tends to even out around 60ish psi after up to temp and running down the road. I've put about 20,000 miles on my truck the last few years and have not had a single issue with the motor...
