The cummins swap has been done a few times. Try the search function I know there are some threads on the swap in there some where. Good Luck on your future purchase and soon to be addiction.

Not trying to hijack the thread but I'm also looking for a 101a2 camo or solid green cover. I'm waiting on finding a cover so I can get on with the painting.
pm me if you have either or know someone who does. Ive tried all other sources including gma.
Thanks,CT
I finally got my 101a2 a while back and i'm rady to begin on my lil camper. The only thing I'm lacking is a camo cover. I've tried gma covers posted in classifieds and watched ebay but nothing. Is there somewhere I can pick one up.
you fellas coming from western nc would be better off coming down I-40 to the hwy64 exit in mocksville it runs into hwy 109 and right to Denton farm park. You guys do not have to cross scales in NC unless you are running commercial plates

120 is prob not bad. I have a friend working at O'reilly so he cuts me slack on most stuff. I dont have the part # handy but any parts house has it listed just tell them k5 blazer instead of cucv. LOL
Theres no way for you to repair it - Replace the whole unit. Its not hard just pull the old one and drop in the new one - it doesnt have to be timed just drop it in.

I pull a m101a2 with my m1009 with a combo hitch that was installed by previous owner. I actually changed the 4 bolts just to make sure and reinforced things just a little. Hundreds of miles of highway travel with no problems. I pull the trailer empty no weight. And as stated above no trailer...
Sarge what youre referring to is camber.I'm a suspension specialist of 27 years and think unless you have a frame machine or are very experienced in such things it may be worth a trip to a good body shop that has a frame machine and someone who knows how to use it. From what you describe my...
I've been searching for a 3 color camo cover and side boards for my 101a2 for awhile now. I previously posted a want ad but nothing close to me in NC. I can build the side boards no problem. In my searches in old posts I see where some say they bought in their words brand new covers. Well I've...
