we did head gaskets on a friends deuce one sat and left the heads and manifolds together and didnt loosen the manifolds. We used an engine hoist to R+R clean everything check heads and blocks with a strait edge and reassembled.He drove a few times then retorqued heads and been driving for a few...
As long as you have the pan off go ahead and pull the caps and look at the bearings- I would agree with a stuck injector as they are really loud. Looks like a good score

depending how bad theyre siezed soaking may take 50 years but wont hurt.
I had some that just wouldn't break loose so after soaking awhile I used an air hammer and carefully hammered them until they gave in. It also helps if you have the correct tool for the inner part which is what you are...
If the studs are turning in the hub dont panic. Either grind off the back of the stud and punch it through or drill the stud from the outside. Take one of the old studs and a micrometer to your local napa and find one slightly larger at the base and go from there.

1 washer per wheel - I always bought the nuts and locking washers from saturn surplus or from white owl truck parts here in NC. Both are very nice to deal with and very knowledgeable about these trucks. Both can be found on the web.

IF I were you Id definately put a clutch on it. Yeah its plenty driveable like it is but not the way it was intended. Might be a little hard to keep warm in the winter. I wander if it was having an over heating problem or something. You may want to check and see if it has a thermostat in it...
