Howdy guys, I'm working on a design of a really long wheelbase 5 ton tractor. My plans call for a M814 cab & chassis or complete. Move the rear boggy/tandem back to end of frame. Replace motor and tranny w/ a big block cummins and a 15 sp. RR. 2 spare tire racks, and a knuckle boom like Bjorns...

Those are nice tires, I would definatly put those on the future/yet to be built XM828A2 (custom long wheelbase 5 ton tractor of my own design see post).

Bjorn, how come those 16-20 NDCC look more like a NDT or is that just from the use?

I've seen dump trucks w/ the covers on but I've never seen them with the troop seats on, Bruce or anybody have any pics?

Anybody know the progress of this conversion? Sounds like a nifty idea.

Last thursday me and my mom went up to Chambersburg to pick-up a set of bows for our deuce and a set for our 105 plus the trailer cover. Anyways, while we where there i happened to look over to the one corner of the lot and saw ALOT of 5 ton tarctors and cargos. I reckon there might of been 10...
