I would check your drag links, kingpin and steering box . . . those would be my first three options right off the top of my head. I was experiencing this before my kingpin finally broke

Are you leaving all the electrical components on when you cut the truck off over night? There is a switch left of the steering wheel... I have made that mistake before ending up in your position
Glad to hear it went well, I imagine you have started the truck to test everything?
Did you just follow the TM instructions? I imagine one day I will be traveling down this same adventure...
Truck looks like its coming along really nicely...love the avatar by the way. I have 4" lift w/ 37's as well just haven't have the oppurtunity to flex out like that with the 37's on.
I'll be following along when you attack your snorkle to get ideas b/c that is on my list as well. Good luck...
dmilk,
You might want to take a look at your starter...mine actually broke the bolts off holding it up when I went to start it one morning. Its better to catch it lose before the bolts are broken. I'm sure there is a place that would rebuilt your starter for you as well, cheaper than trying...

If youv'e been driving like this for as long as you have and haven't had a problems...
You can run them with or without runflats, I don't have them in mine. The 12 bolt wheels aren't beadlocks. They were designed so anyone could change a flat tire if needed by taking off the outer part of the wheel. They do seem a little harder to balance, but the beads worked for mine as well.
By align I mean matching the two holes up on the wheel.
It is a little weird that the two wheels that didn't have the matching holes ended up balancing out with the weights.
I have the same wheels and one of the wheels didn't have the holes lined and caused my truck to go into a death wobble. Ever since I realigned it the truck has been 100% better.
Everywhere I have researched this says to align the holes, I've used the balancing beads on my last set of tires and...
